Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited was initially incorporated as 'AKP Holdings Private Limited', dated February 17, 2015 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'AKP Holdings Limited', upon conversion into a Public Company, on December 05, 2024 and further changed to Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited', dated December 16, 2024. The Company is a developer of residential and commercial premises in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a focus in Redevelopment Projects in the Ultra Luxury Segment and Luxury Segment in the western suburbs. The Company acquired land for business operations in western suburbs of Mumbai in 2017, focusing on the ultra-luxury and luxury residential properties market. In 2019, it launched residential project Ananya; commercial project Signature'. In 2021, Company further launched residential project Ayana', launched commercial project Arc One' in 2022; launched Residential project Amalfi', Residential project The Arcadian' in 2024. The Company has merged with its four wholly owned subsidiaries, Tryksha Projects Private Limited, Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited, Zinnia Projects Private Limited and Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Holdings Private Limited into the Company in 2024. The Company issued 52,813,724 equity shares having the face value of Rs 1 each and raised funds of Rs 792 Crore by way of IPO on August 1, 2025. The Company launched 'Luxury Coastline Collection', bringing the total 11 marquee projects across Mumbai's coveted coastal locations in FY26. It added 9 new projects in FY26 with a cumulative estimated GDV of Rs 8500-9000 crore across key Mumbai micro markets.
