Gem Aromatics Limited was originally incorporated as Gem Aromatics Private Limited' as a Private Company dated October 3, 1997, with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Upon the conversion into a Public Limited, the name was changed to, Gem Aromatics Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 17, 2023, was issued by the RoC. In year 1997, Company inaugurated the Silvassa Facility and commenced business operations at Silvassa unit in 1999. It launched a new business vertical named ' Clove Oil' in 2009 and later commenced production at Budaun unit in 2016. The Company is an established manufacturer of specialty ingredients, including, essential oils, aroma chemicals and value added derivatives in India with a track record of over two decades. The Company commenced production of its first batch at Krystal in 2024. During FY 2025 in India, Company was one of the largest procurers of Piperita oil, and one of the largest processors of DMO, Clove oil, Eugenol and Eucalyptus Oil in terms of volume manufactured. The Company launched the initial public offer by raising Rs 451.25 Cr and issuing an aggregating 13,884,615 equity shares of Face value of Rs 2 each, comprising a fresh issue of 5,384,615 equity shares aggregating to Rs 175 Cr and offer for sale of 8,500,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 276.25 Cr in August 2025. The Company has commissioned the production of cooling agents, clove and clove derivatives, and Safranaon at Dahej Facility on February 26, 2026, reaching the installed capacity to over 16,171 MTPA in 2026. .
