- Risks Relating to the Business: The company's business is subject to seasonal fluctuations that could result in delays or disruptions to its operations during the critical periods of the company's projects and cause severe damages to its premises and equipment's.
- Risks Relating to the Business: The company relies on its in-house engineering and construction teams and on the continued services of the company's Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) and Senior Management Personnel (SMPs).
