- Risks Relating to the Business: The company's business is highly dependent on the seamless functioning of an integrated supply chain covering procurement of seeds and agri-inputs, distribution to farmers, post-harvest storage, and transportation of produce to customers. - Risks Relating to the Business: If the company fails to maintain an effective system of internal controls, the company may not be able to successfully manage, or accurately report, its financial risks.
