- Risks Relating to the Business: The company derives a significant portion of its revenue from the sale of PET plastic bottles and PET Preforms and any reduction in demand or in the manufacturing of such products could has an adverse effect on the company business, results of operations and financial condition.
- Risks Relating to the Business: The company is dependent on a few suppliers for supply of raw materials and any major disruption to the timely and adequate supplies of its raw materials could adversely affect the company business, results of operations and financial condition.
- Risks Relating to the Business: The company is significantly dependent on few customers for its revenue in a particular financial year. The loss of any one or more of such customers may has a material effect on the company business operations and profitability.
- Risks Relating to the Business: Trade Receivables, Inventories and other current assets form a substantial part of the company Total Assets. Failures to manage its trade receivables and inventories could has an adverse effect on the company net sales, profitability, cash flow and liquidity.
- Risks Relating to the Business: The company business is dependent on operating of its manufacturing facilities, which is concentrated in a single region i.e. Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, hence the company faces geographical concentration related risks. Further, the loss or shutdown of the company facilities could has a material adverse effect on its business, financial condition and results of operations.
- Risks Relating to the Business: The leasehold rights in certain properties used by the Company is yet to be transferred in its name and any delay or failures in effecting such transfer may adversely affect the company operations.
- Risks Relating to the Business: The Company may has potential Conflicts of interest with its Promoter Group Entity/ Company as they are engaged in similar line of business.
- Risks Relating to the Business: The company premises is not owned by its and the company has only leasehold rights over such premises. - Risks Relating to the Business: The Company, its Promoters, the company Directors and its Group Company is parties to certain legal proceedings. Any adverse decision in such proceedings may has a material adverse effect on the company business, results of operations and financial condition.
- Risks Relating to the Business: Majority of the company purchases is from Related Parties in the past i.e F.Y 2023-24 and F.Y 2024-25. Its may continue to enter in such transaction in future.
